Dry Transformers is our specialty. Our rewinds are all copper and when possible, circular mils are increased to help with heat from harmonics. Class H materials are used throughout, along with a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation process using a solventless modified epoxy varnish that eliminates any voids in the windings, thus avoiding premature failures caused by winding movement. The solid winding provided by the VPI process adds to the transformer's service factor by providing better heat dissipation.
