Question:

My single-phase air compressor will not start, what could be wrong with it?

Answer:

Some of the possibilities could be bad capacitors, a defective starting switch, defective starting winding, a mechanical defect in the compressor itself, a defective pressure switch or other mechanical  or electrical equipment. I would recommend that you take your air compressor in and have it tested and services by a EASA certified repair shop.
